Partisan camp at the Mound of Friendship (04.07.2018)
The Mound of Friendship on the border of Belarus, Russia, and Latvia became a meeting place for veterans of the Great Patriotic War for the 59th time. A novelty of this meeting was a recreated partisan camp. The headquarters, medical unit, and printing house were located here. Real medics played the roles of military doctors, professional signalmen were responsible for communication in the headquarters, and journalists from a local newspaper worked in the printing house.
