Nikolai Sherstnev presented diplomas to the best graduates of the Vysokoye Vocational Lyceum

The best graduates of the Vysoki Vocational Lyceum of Agricultural Production were awarded diplomas by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev. The head of the region congratulated the young specialists on completing their studies and assured the graduates that they would receive full support at their first place of work in the agricultural enterprises of the region.
