The Palace of Children and Youth reopened in Vitebsk after major repairs (22.08.2018)

The Vitebsk Regional Palace of Children and Youth opened on August 22 after reconstruction. The building, built in the 1960s, was overhauled and equipped with modern equipment for the new academic year.
