Nikolai Sherstnev presented passports to schoolchildren and answered their questions (12.03.2020)

The Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, took part in the republican campaign "We are citizens of Belarus!". The head of the region solemnly presented passports to 14-year-old schoolchildren and answered their questions.
