Congratulations to veterans (07.05.2020)

In these pre-holiday days, words of congratulations are addressed primarily to veterans. Due to the complex epidemiological situation in Vitebsk, solemn receptions in honor of the Great Patriotic War participants are not being held this year. Instead, the heroes of the war are congratulated in person, with all safety measures observed.
