A direct cargo flight may be established between Orsha and Haikou, China
Andrei Popov, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Guangzhou, took part as the guest of honor in the BRI International Smart Logistics Development Summit 2021, the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Guangzhou reported.
The event was organized by the Guangzhou Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Guangzhou Logistics Professional Association.
In his speech, Andrei Popov informed the forum participants about the transport, logistics, and investment potential of Belarus and the prospects for Belarusian-Chinese cooperation in this area.
Representatives of CJSC "Industrial Park Development Company" made separate presentations at the conference, showcasing the logistics potential of the "Great Stone" industrial park. The management of SemProGroup company, via video link from Haikou, presented the "Bremeno-Orsha" SEZ and the project to establish a direct cargo flight Orsha - Haikou.
