The international specialized exhibition "BELAGRO", which has no analogues in scale in the republic, will be held from June 3 to June 8, 2014. "BELAGRO" can rightfully be considered an annual summary of advanced international experience in agro-industrial engineering, and a search for original innovative solutions in the field of environmentally safe materials and waste-free technologies. The exhibition reflects the dynamics of the implementation of the state concept of the main directions of our country's agro-industrial policy.
Practice shows that the most important factors for the effective functioning of the agro-industrial market are agricultural exhibitions, which activate the promotion of commodity products to the consumer. The best domestic and international brands, leading companies, and innovators in the agro-industrial market annually choose the "Belagro" exhibition as the best platform for demonstrating new products and services.
You can familiarize yourself with the advanced directions in the development of crop production, animal husbandry, and poultry farming, modern technologies for processing, packaging, and storage of products, as well as a variety of agricultural machinery at two venues at once: from June 3 to June 6, the exhibition will be held at Pobediteley Avenue, 20/2 (Football Arena), and from June 4 to June 8, at the demonstration site of OJSC "Gastellovskoye" (Minsk region).
This international agricultural forum always generates great interest among those working in the industry.
Over 400 companies from 18 countries will participate in "Belagro-2014": Belarus, Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain, China, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, South Korea.
Collective expositions will be presented by Germany, TD "Sodruzhestvo" LLC, Kirov Region Export Support Center, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of Industry, National Academy of Sciences.
Last year, the total exhibition area was 52,734 sq. m. "Belagro-2013" exhibition was visited by representatives of agricultural departments from over 30 countries and regions of near and far abroad, and more than 50,000 specialists.
The annual leading forum for agrarians "BELAGRO" summarizes international experience in agro-industrial engineering and serves as a search for original innovative solutions in the field of environmentally safe materials and waste-free technologies.
A special exposition of achievements of domestic agrarians will be organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus. The latest developments will be demonstrated by the scientific and practical centers of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for agricultural mechanization, crop production, food, potato growing, and horticulture.
The achievements of modern crop breeding will be presented on the territory of OJSC "Gastellovskoye", and a demonstration of machinery operation in the field will be organized.
The role of "Belagro" in promoting Belarusian machinery in the global market is difficult to overestimate. After all, up to 80% of all goods presented at the exhibition are produced by domestic machine builders. Therefore, on the demonstration field of OJSC "Gastellovskoye" near Minsk, almost all enterprises in the country producing machinery related to agriculture are represented.
The largest exhibits will be presented by the leaders of Belarusian mechanical engineering - MAZ, MTZ, Gomselmash, Amkodor, Lidselmash, Bobruiskagromash, and other enterprises. Their stands will showcase new developments ready for operation and practically complete ranges of factory products.
The products of foreign manufacturing companies, regular participants of the exhibition, are well-known in Belarus, with leading positions among them occupied by companies from Germany: "SCHILS B.V." - a manufacturer and supplier of special feedstuffs throughout Europe; "MENKE Agrar GmbH" - a manufacturer of spare parts for agricultural machinery. The stands of such German companies as "Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG", "Rapool-Ring GmbH", "Pfeuffer GmbH", "DLG Service GmbH" will undoubtedly arouse interest among professionals.
Practically no "Belagro" exhibition takes place without the participation of our closest neighbors - Lithuanian companies. This exhibition season is no exception. Among the participants are firms "Lisiplast", "Jubana", etc.
The exposition of Polish agrarians will be presented by the Trade and Investment Promotion Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Republic of Belarus and "Mechanika Nawrocki".
Modern agricultural machinery from various manufacturers will be presented by the well-known Polish company "Contractus sp.z.o.o." with a wide range of John Deere, Kverneland group agricultural machinery and other custom-made equipment. Beet harvesting machinery can be seen at the exhibition area of the German firm "Convex International GmbH". A wide range of tractors, combine harvesters, modern milking equipment for dairy farms, mowers, and other agricultural machinery and mechanisms will also be shown by a regular participant of this exhibition, "Shkotz Agro-Service".
New products of modern agricultural machinery for various purposes, off-road vehicles, truck cranes, irrigation machines, excavators, loaders, cranes will be demonstrated by "BelGazAvtoservis", "Dormashexpo", enterprises of RO "Belagromservice", "Polymya", "Agrotranzit", "Belrosagromservice", "Belshyntogservice", "Rosintechgroup", "Brestselmash", "Agromashresurs", "Ferabox", "MAZ-MAN", "Techpromdisk", "SelAgro", "Agrotika", "SV-Mashiny", "Profi-Agropark", etc.
It is also noteworthy that domestic agricultural products, machinery, and equipment are demonstrated in a technological chain with modern energy-saving technologies of all industries related to both the production of agricultural products and their processing, transportation, storage, and sale in domestic and foreign markets.
Manipulators, fuel and hydraulic equipment, gearboxes, filters, laboratory and weighing equipment, radiators, components, spare parts, cardan shafts, diesel engines, chains will be presented by well-known manufacturers and suppliers of this type of product, such as "AquilonAvto", "AkMash - Trading", etc.
Among the exhibitors are designers and developers of various construction and agricultural facilities, equipment for processing agricultural products, modern construction equipment and materials.
In 2014, the exposition of the International Specialized Exhibition “Belferma” will be expanded. It will present the latest achievements in the field of animal husbandry. Animal feeders and equipment for their maintenance, cage equipment and incubators, automated units for dairy farms. At the exhibition, you can also get acquainted with an automated herd management system, milking machines of various modifications, milk cooling units, both stationary and mobile for use in pastures. New feeds and feed additives, veterinary drugs and medicines, new technologies in bioenergy, including energy equipment and its software, will be shown here.
The Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Animal Husbandry, the State Enterprise "Belplemzhivob'yedineniye", and the Department of Land Reclamation and Water Management are organizing special expositions of the achievements of domestic animal husbandry, poultry farming, and fisheries.
Animal feeders and equipment for their maintenance, cage equipment and incubators, automated systems for dairy farms will be presented at the stands of domestic and a number of CIS companies: "AgromirGroup", "Ankar Imek", "DeLaval" (Russia), "PMI GROUP", "Brestselmash", "AgroElbest", "Promis Agro", "BelAgroSystem", "Biokom Technology", "Milena" Group of Companies, "Travira", "Ferabox", etc.
Among the participants are the largest Belarusian companies and their foreign partners - producers and suppliers of compound feeds, veterinary drugs, veterinary and zootechnical products, antibiotics, feed additives, premixes for animals and poultry, plant protection products, concentrates: "Veterinarypharm", "Invettech", "Biokom Agro", "Servolux", "AgriPO", "Belrosagriservice", "Frandesa".
Mineral fertilizers and additives will be offered by the Mineral and Chemical Company "EuroChem".
Agricultural higher education institutions will also take part in the exhibition: "Belarusian State Agricultural Academy", "Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University", "Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine", "Grodno State Agrarian University".
At the exhibition site of the Football Manege, the largest Belarusian producers will demonstrate a wide range of food products: sausages, semi-finished meat products, poultry, dairy products, canned goods, groceries, baby and diet food, bakery products, and much more. Food industry enterprises will delight exhibition visitors with product tastings.
Companies from 14 countries will present their expositions on the Manege grounds: Belarus, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Switzerland, South Korea.
From June 3 to 5, all guests and participants of the "Belagro" exhibition will be able to take part in the "Champion of Taste" tasting competition. During public and impartial popular voting, the most delicious food products of Belarusian manufacturers will be identified.
The business program, rich in events on various aspects of the agro-industrial sector development, will professionally accompany the "Belagro-2014" and "Belfarma-2014" exhibitions.
One of the most significant events of "Belagro-2014" will be the visit of the participants of the First Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia.
The First Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia on the topic "Effective Development of Agro-Industrial Complexes of Belarus and Russia – the Most Important Condition for Food Security of the Union State" will be held in Minsk on June 5-6 under the leadership of the Chairman of the Council of the Republic of Belarus Rubinov A.N. and the Chairman of the Federation Council Matvienko V.I. The goal of the event is to promote the expansion of direct contacts between regions, businessmen, and organizations of the two countries, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the regulatory framework for the accelerated development of the economies of Belarus and Russia in the context of the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Forum will be attended by members of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the leadership of the Eurasian Economic Commission, heads of state authorities and regions of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of business circles and the media.
A number of Forum events will take place at the site of the 24th international specialized exhibition "Belagro-2014". In addition, Forum participants will familiarize themselves with the exhibition exposition, where they will be presented with the advanced achievements of the agro-industrial complex of Belarus.
On June 4, 2014, the German Energy Agency (dena), in cooperation with the German Economy Representative Office in the Republic of Belarus and the Information Center of the German Economy, will organize a “Technology Show” – a presentation of biogas and solar energy technologies within the framework of the International Specialized Exhibition “Belagro” at JSC Gastellovskoye (Minsk Region). Representatives of German companies in the field of biogas and solar energy – equipment manufacturers and designers, equipment and component suppliers, and installation companies – will arrive in Minsk to participate in the presentation.
The aim of the event is to demonstrate German equipment and technologies in the field of biogas and solar energy to enterprises of the Belarusian energy market, using a new format of events of the export initiative “Renewable Energy Sources” of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy of Germany – the “Technology Show”. The event program will include presentations by German companies, speeches by German and Belarusian experts, as well as a visit to an enterprise operating a biogas plant. Potential end customers and other interested companies and organizations in the agriculture and food industry of the Republic of Belarus are invited to participate in the presentation.
In the first half of the day on June 5, in the exhibition conference hall, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, together with the German Energy Agency (dena), will hold a seminar on biogas energy.
It is becoming a tradition to hold the Dairy Cow Day within the framework of the “Belferma” exhibition. On this day, specialized seminars for specialists will be held, and the main event will be the selection of the best dairy cow. An independent jury of the Competition for the Best Dairy Cow will determine the winners in various nominations.
As part of the "Belagro-2014" exhibition, a pedigree poultry exhibition will be held, organized by the Belarusian Public Association "Pigeon and Ornamental Bird Fanciers". The exhibition will feature birds such as Orpington, Pavlovian, Bantam, La Flèche, Cochin, Brahma, Shabo, Sebright, Silkie, Maran chickens, etc.; meat pigeon breeds; quails of different breeds, and poultry farming equipment. Bird judging and awarding of winners will take place on June 7 and 8.
During the exhibition days, a demonstration of agricultural machinery, a Ploughmen's Competition, the national tasting competition "Champion of Taste", the Minsk Region open championship in show jumping, master classes, and other events will be held.
