The International Competition of Sports Ballroom Dances "Vitebsk Snowflake-2019" will be held on January 19-20
For the 34th time, dance couples from different countries of the world will gather in the city on the Dvina. This year, representatives of 10 states have applied for "Vitebsk Snowflake". Dancers of different age categories will take part in the tournament, demonstrating their skills in European and Latin American programs. The youngest couples will present combined programs (Standard + Latin).
In the January frost, the passions that will ignite on the dance floor of the "Vitebsk" concert hall promise to be hot. "Vitebsk Snowflake" is one of the prestigious WDSF (World DanceSport Federation) competitions. The results shown by the couples will be counted towards their world ranking.
This year, for the first time, team competitions in Standard and Latin programs will be held in the "Youth" category.
By the way, the Vitebsk team Formation of the exemplary ballroom dancing ensemble "Fest", which is currently the only one in Belarus, took part in the World Championship for the first time, which was held on December 1-2 last year in China.
