An international trade town of Chinese goods may appear in Bolbasovo
Following the negotiations, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Orsha District and the city of Yiwu, as well as a protocol of intent between "Bremino Group" LLC and "Zhejiang International Trade City of Goods Co., Ltd.".
As explained by Vasily Dementey, Director of "Bremino Group", the Chinese delegation visited the multimodal industrial and logistics complex "Bremino-Orsha" under construction in Bolbasovo the day before. It is being created to develop Belarus's logistics system to ensure optimal transformation of cargo flows, processing, and movement of goods from producers to consumers in the EU and EAEU markets. It is precisely here that the creation of an international trade center for Chinese goods is planned, where mass-market goods, available for wholesale orders, can be presented.
"As sales volumes grow, the production of popular goods may move from China to the production sites of the complex," said the head of the Belarusian company. - Belarus will be the second European country where "Zhejiang International Trade City of Goods Co., Ltd." will implement such a project. The first such center was opened in 2016 near Warsaw."
According to him, the implementation of this joint project will allow concentrating commodity flows in Belarus that are currently distributed among Poland, Lithuania, and Russia. According to Alexander Poznyak, Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, this project will contribute to the implementation of the "One Belt, One Road" concept. During today's negotiations, the creation of a working group to develop a phased implementation plan for the project was agreed upon.

by CPC Party Committee Secretary Sheng Qiuping. During the negotiations, agreements were reached on the joint implementation of important economic projects. The city of Yiwu is located in southeastern China and is home to a major wholesale trade center, the world's largest indoor wholesale market, the "Yiwu International Trade City." The uniqueness of the market lies in the fact that without leaving the premises of the trade complex, a buyer can choose the desired product from a huge assortment, make a wholesale deal, and arrange for the shipment of products to any destination. A huge assortment of goods is presented in the ultramodern Futian complex with an area of 2.6 million square meters. About 58,000 trading stands are located on 5 floors. The length of the building itself is about 4 km. All goods are produced in the PRC.
