An international trade town will appear in the "Bremіno-Orsha" special economic zone
A 62-hectare Silk Road International Trade Town will be established in the "Bremіno-Orsha" special economic zone. This is stipulated by an agreement signed by the management of "Bremіno Group" and Shaanxi Zhongqiao Silk Road Technology Development Co. Ltd (China), as reported by "Bremіno Group".
The trade town will be a large-scale trade and exhibition complex. It will feature wholesale and small-scale wholesale trade of consumer goods, goods delivery and warehousing, e-commerce operations, as well as exhibitions of products from various Asian countries. The project is being implemented within the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative.
The investment amount in the project is over Br128 million.
The "Bremіno-Orsha" special economic zone commenced operations in June 2019 in the settlement of Bolbasovo. Residents of the SEZ benefit from preferential treatment and tax advantages: 0% profit tax for 9 years, 0% property tax for 20 years, 0% dividend tax until January 1, 2033, 5% royalty tax until January 1, 2028, and others.
