Minsk City Executive Committee and regional executive committees will hold direct telephone lines weekly on Saturdays

In Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee are organizing weekly direct telephone hotlines to enhance the effectiveness of work with citizens' and legal entities' appeals, eradicate bureaucracy and red tape, paper-pushing, and to promptly resolve people's pressing issues.

The first such direct telephone hotlines will take place on January 17, 2015. They will be held weekly on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

In parallel, city and district executive committee chairmen, their deputies, and office managers will also conduct direct telephone hotlines. The regional executive committee will maintain communication with them to issue specific instructions if necessary.
