Mikhail Vishnevetsky has been appointed Head of the Main Department for Healthcare of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee
The previous head of the regional department, a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Yuri Derkach, was replaced by Mikhail Vishnevetsky, who previously held the post of Deputy Head of the Department of Healthcare of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
Mikhail Leontievich is a native of Vitebsk. After graduating from VSMU with a degree in "General Medicine", he worked for several years in practical medicine in his hometown, including in surgery and urology. He also tried his hand in business: in the 2000s he opened an individual entrepreneurship, and later was the director of the limited liability company "Kristan-Service". Then he graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus and since 2009 moved to public service in the regional executive committee.
Mikhail Vishnevetsky was appointed head of the regional department from April 7.
