An apartment building will be commissioned in Liozno by the 75th anniversary of the district's liberation from the Nazi invaders.
As Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Igor Zaitsev said, this 40-apartment building in the Shkolny microdistrict is being constructed on a shared basis in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 240 on targeted housing subsidies.
Construction began in April, and it is scheduled to be commissioned this month according to the contract. The general contractor is Vitebskobselstroy, the local PMS is responsible for access to the new building, and DRSU No. 107 is responsible for landscaping and asphalting. There are no issues with financing. There is one- and two-room housing here, so some large families will receive two apartments. Part will be handed over on a turnkey basis, while the owners of the rest intend to finish them to their own taste.
Next year, the construction of another similar house is planned in Liozno. The project is under development, but there are already people who wish to have apartments there. By the way, 391 people are on the housing waiting list in the district.
