Young people of Liozno district will compete in creative abilities and sportsmanship throughout the year, the head of the youth department of the Liozno district executive committee, Tatyana Shulgan, told a BELTA correspondent. Seven teams of working youth representing the work collectives of agricultural enterprises "Adamenki", "Rubezhnitsa", "Novaya Dubrava", "Krynki", the district post office and the branch of OJSC "Belarusbank" are taking part in the year-long project "We are together!". In the first two stages, young people have already managed to show their sportsmanship during Maslenitsa festivities and their ingenuity in congratulating on March 8 and February 23. In April, participants will have to "light up" the hall with an entertainment program, and in the summer, they will demonstrate the results of the task on improving the territory of their homes and go through another creative round. A competition of a civic-patriotic theme is timed to coincide with October 10, the Day of the Liberation of Liozno from the Nazi invaders. The results of the project will be announced at the Christmas holidays during a large gala concert prepared by the participants. Another interesting project, "Magnificent Five," which allows young people to realize their creative potential, will start in the district in April. Contestants will have to sing, dance, and also prepare a music video for any song on their own.
