Youth from Vitebsk and Pskov regions will gather at a tourist rally in the Verkhnedvinsk district

The regional tourist rally dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus will be held on July 5-7 at the Mound of Friendship in the Verkhnedvinsk district, the regional committee of the BRSM reported.

Teams from the cities of Vitebsk and Pskov regions, representatives of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union and the Russian Union of Youth will take part in the rally.

The program includes an intellectual tournament, an open dialogue, sports competitions in football and volleyball, as well as competitions for readers, bivouacs, and amateur performances. In addition, the rally participants will create the "Chronicle of Victory," in which each team can leave information about veterans or heroic battles of the regions they represent.

"The rally at the Mound of Friendship will bring together more than 300 young people. It is gratifying that representatives of the Russian Union of Youth will also take part. We want the rally to become a powerful educational, sports, and creative platform for youth, and most importantly, a platform for constructive dialogue," said Vyacheslav Khrol, First Secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the BRSM.

The event was organized by the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the regional committee of the BRSM, and the Pskov and Smolensk regional organizations of the Russian Union of Youth.
