Young composer V.Serpinsky will present the premiere of his "Golden Key" at the Vitebsk Philharmonic

April 28, Vitebsk / Sergey Kotovets - BELTA/. The premiere of the instrumental program for children "The Golden Key" by young Vitebsk composer Vladislav Serpinsky will take place on April 30 at the Vitebsk Philharmonic. For the first time in many years, the regional philharmonic has created an author's philharmonic program with the help of its soloists, said the artistic director of the cultural institution, Nelly Matsaberidze, in an interview with a BELTA correspondent. A talented pianist and composer, a soloist of the philharmonic and its rising star, Vladislav Serpinsky is a 3rd-year student at the Belarusian State Academy of Music, a scholarship holder of the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth. Initially, the young musician created the suite "The Golden Key" based on the famous work by Alexei Tolstoy, and later expanded the musical work and created a cohesive instrumental program based on it. The main character of the performance is music; in the program, the author managed to create vivid, colorful characteristics of all the main characters of the famous literary work using musical images. The program turned out to be kind, its main idea is the affirmation of the eternal value of friendship. The performance is designed for young schoolchildren who already know the fairy tale and are prepared listeners. The main instrument of "The Golden Key" is the piano. "Our task is to teach the young audience to listen to real instrumental music," noted Nelly Matsaberidze. In order for children to easily master this complex science, the program uses elements of theatrical performance, the music is accompanied by a video sequence compiled from excerpts of the cartoon "The Golden Key". Children will journey through the world of music with presenter Ekaterina Kozharskaya. The program director Larisa Danchenko is a long-time partner of the Vitebsk Philharmonic; her programs are distinguished by their brightness and spectacle. In this concert season, the Vitebsk Philharmonic pays significant attention to the children's audience, for whom the philharmonic artists have prepared four new performances. In addition, the journey of young listeners into the world of music takes place within the framework of the children's subscription "FaSolka Invites," which brings together colorful musical performances by the philharmonic ensemble. -0-
