Milk from the Gorodok district is supplied to the Russian branch of the company "Danone"

The dairy complex of IP "Detskoselsky-Gorodok" in Gorodok District, designed for 1,200 cows, regularly wins the monthly regional competition for milk production.

According to Vladimir Pupyshev, deputy director of the agricultural enterprise, the farm produces 35 tons of "extra" grade milk daily (more than any other farm in the region), which is supplied to one of the "Danone" company's branches in the Moscow region.

Currently, a new complex for 1,800 dairy cows is under construction at the farm. It is scheduled to be commissioned on November 1. The complex will be stocked with Holstein-Friesian cattle from Estonia, Holland, and Germany. The new dairy complex will enable the agricultural enterprise to produce up to 100 tons of milk daily.

Salaries at "Detskoselsky-Gorodok" depend on productivity. For example, machine milking operators earn around 800 rubles for 20 days of work.
