The chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Kosinets, gave instructions on this matter to the heads of committees, departments and divisions of the regional executive committee, chairmen of city and district executive committees, and heads of administrations of Vitebsk, the BELTA correspondent was informed by the department of ideological work of the regional executive committee. Law enforcement agencies and the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are strengthening control over the implementation of Directive No. 1 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline." In case of numerous violations of labor regulations, heads of enterprises and organizations will be held accountable.
