Motivated enterprises find opportunities for development in any conditions - Vladimir Andreichenko By investing in development, an enterprise ensures its future. This opinion was shared with journalists in the Tolochin district by the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, Vladimir Andreichenko. 

Yesterday, Vladimir Andreichenko was on a working trip to the Vitebsk region, where issues of organizing and conducting spring sowing were being considered. The Chairman of the House of Representatives visited RUP "Tolochin Cannery", where Vladimir Andreichenko was informed about the modernization of potato, fruit, and vegetable storage facilities. With the participation of the speaker, a new workshop for the production of juices without added water and sugar was solemnly opened. Sharing his impressions of the visit to the cannery, the speaker noted that the Tolochin enterprise, like other producers, went through very difficult times in the 1990s. 

"The head of state visited here, a protocol of instructions was drawn up, and it has already been fulfilled. The enterprise is successfully developing, including thanks to the competent, balanced policy of the plant's management, which works for the future," believes Vladimir Andreichenko. "It is important that this enterprise works with its own raw materials, and today we opened a new workshop here for the production of juices, which will also be produced from fruits and berries grown in the district. Moreover, these are new jobs, which is very relevant."

The average salary at the enterprise based on the results of last year is Br6 million 800 thousand. The enterprise has 6 thousand hectares of arable land, grows a large amount of potatoes, with a yield of 530 c/ha last year, and cultivates grains with a good result of 53 c/ha.

"This is a worthy example to follow. When an enterprise does not squander its own money and does not demand budget funds, but achieves such development through its own working capital. Great attention is paid to the team, to creating working conditions. They are looking to the future. There are plans to build a quick-freezing shop, to expand the garden, which is already not small. This is an answer to all skeptics who say that there are many difficulties, that it is impossible to work. Here people work and confidently look to the future," - emphasized the Chairman of the House of Representatives.

Toločin Cannery is a dynamically developing enterprise. Work is underway here to form an integration structure for the production, storage, processing, and sale of fruit and berry products, potatoes, and potato products.
