MTZ to supply a record batch of tractors to the Vitebsk region in December

Minsk Tractor Works will supply more than 350 tractors to the Vitebsk region in December, with a total contract value of about Br43 million, the press service of MTW OJSC reported.

"Despite the fact that Minsk Tractor Works sells more than 90% of its products abroad, we fully meet the needs of the domestic market for agricultural machinery. Supplying more than three and a half hundred tractors to the Vitebsk region in one month is a record volume and one of the vivid examples of cooperation with the regions. We are ready to work closely with other regions as well. In the near future, a supply of 35 tractors worth more than Br10 million is expected to the Mogilev region," said Vitaly Vovk, General Director of MTW OJSC.

MTZ tractors will be sent to 38 organizations in the Vitebsk region, including Glubokoye Dairy and Canning Plant, Verkhnedvinsk Dairy Plant, Postavy Dairy Plant, Polotsk Dairy Plant, Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant, Orsha Meat Canning Plant, and Moloko OJSC.

As Vitaly Vovk noted, in January-November 2020, MTW sold more than 1.5 thousand tractors in Belarus. The largest share was supplied to Minsk and the Minsk region.
