The "Flowers of Great Victory" museum bus will be replenished with new exhibits in each region

Музей-бус \"Цветы Великой Победы\" в каждом регионе будет пополняться новыми экспонатами

The "Flowers of Great Victory" Museum Bus will be replenished with new exhibits in each region, reported Victoria Menannova, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Belarusian National Youth Union (BNYU).

Today, the "Flowers of Great Victory" Museum Bus visited Vitebsk, where it enriched the program of events for the BNYU project "Dialogue of Generations 'Flowers of Great Victory'". The Museum Bus is a joint project of the BNYU and the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus. The mobile museum exhibition features exhibits that speak of the heroism of the Belarusian people and reflect the history of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders.

"We want to show the history of our people to the younger generation. Previously, the exhibition consisted of items related to the history of the Great Patriotic War. Since yesterday, it has been modified and consists of two sections: Military Belarus and Peaceful Belarus. That is, we also talk about the culture, traditions, and daily life of the people. And in each region, the exhibition will be replenished with local exhibits. Vitebsk made the first contribution," noted Victoria Menannova. In particular, the cultural and historical complex "Golden Ring of Vitebsk 'Dvina'" transferred a reconstructed 18th-century burgher costume, based on historical and archaeological data, to the mobile exhibition fund. Also, the First Secretary of the Regional Committee of the BNYU, Viktor Glushin, solemnly presented the book "Folk Masters and Artists of the Vitebsk Region". The "Flowers of Great Victory" Museum Bus project started on May 7 at the Mound of Glory, and on May 8, it participated in a large youth open-air festival in the capital. The Vitebsk region was the first region visited by this unusual bus. Next, its route passes through the Mogilev region, then the Grodno region. On June 21, on the eve of the memorable day of the start of the war, the museum on wheels will stop in Brest. Then its journey continues through Soligorsk, Zhlobin, and Gomel (on June 24, 28, and 29, respectively).

And on July 3, it is planned that the museum bus will take part in the solemn procession in Minsk on Independence Day. At all

interactive platforms are organized at the stops near the unusual exhibition object. Museum admission is open to everyone, and visitors can touch or try on exhibits and take photos. "We are pleased that families come here, and parents explain to their children what these exhibits are. Sometimes they even explain more than our high school student guides. Foreign citizens who are in the country these days, seeing such an unusual museum, come in and also speak enthusiastically about the project," concluded Victoria Mennanova.
