A water tower in the Orsha district and garages in Horadok were sold at auctions

The object was put up for auction for the first time, immediately with the establishment of an initial price equal to one base value.

There were two buyers for this price. During the bidding, the price increased 1242 times, and at the 67th step of the auction, the water tower was sold for 33560 rubles to a public joint-stock company from Vitebsk. The buyer plans to further use the facility in the field of roadside service.

The garage building, with a total area of 267 sq. m., located at the address: Gorodok, Krasnoarmeyskaya St., 23/1, was put up for auction by the committee for the 3rd time, this time with a reduction in the estimated cost by 80%. The garages were sold for 7249 rubles to an individual, a resident of Gorodok.

In total, since the beginning of the year, 62 auctions have been scheduled. At 9 successful auctions, 9 real estate objects put up for auction were sold for 106411 rubles, including 4 auctions with a price reduction of 80% and 5 auctions with the establishment of an initial sale price equal to one base value.

For March-April 2020, the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" committee has put up 75 lots for auction, including 9 lots for auction with the establishment of an initial sale price of one base value for each real estate object (currently it is 27.0 rubles), and for 34 lots the price is reduced by 50 percent, for 20 lots the price is reduced by 80%, and 12 lots are put up for the first time at the estimated cost.

Rural clubs, schools, kindergartens, baths, boiler rooms, warehouses, garages, production facilities, the former "Vostok" recreation camp, and others are announced for the beginning of spring in the cities of Vitebsk, Orsha, Polotsk, Novopolotsk, in the Brаslavsky, Vitebsky, Gorodoksky, Dubrovensky, Lepelsky, Polotsky, Postavsky, Tolochinsky districts. The objects can be used for entrepreneurial activities, and individual objects can be used for reconstruction into residential premises or for personal subsidiary farming.

Auctions with a price reduction of 50% are scheduled for March 18 and 30.
