The reinforced concrete structures plant in Orsha was sold at auction for the base price

Complex of reinforced concrete products plant buildings at the address: Orsha, Lenina St., 242. The reinforced concrete products plant complex has not been used since July 2016, following the bankruptcy of the unitary enterprise "Orshansky Zavod ZhBI".

The sold plant complex includes the administrative and utility building, the molding shop building, the reinforcement shop building, the concrete mixing unit, the gatehouse building, cement storage tanks, cement silos, a cement warehouse, an aggregate warehouse, crane runways, three steam curing chambers, as well as networks (electrical, water supply, sewage, and storm drainage). The new owner is granted a lease for a 4.5-hectare land plot for 62 years.

The reinforced concrete products plant complex has been offered for sale by the committee since March 2019. The estimated value was over 2 million rubles, but no buyers were found at this price. Subsequently, it was put up for auction with a phased price reduction. On November 28, the reinforced concrete products plant was put up for auction for the 6th time, this time with an estimated value set at 12 base units. Three buyers were found at this price. During the bidding, the price increased more than 600 times, and at the 75th auction step, the reinforced concrete products plant complex was sold for 201,000 rubles to a limited liability company from Orsha.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the committee has conducted 83 successful auctions, at which unused state property worth 2.8 million rubles was sold.
