A hotel and a restaurant with a brewery will appear on the basis of the administrative building of the Miory district consumer cooperative
The real estate was purchased at auction by LLC "AK-Plaza". The company is known for its involvement in infrastructure projects, the need for which is growing in the region due to the launch of the Miory Metal Rolling Plant.
The single-story building with an area of 194.4 sq. m cost the investor 82.6 thousand rubles. Moreover, they had to compete for it and as a result offered an amount almost three times the starting price. According to the organization's representatives, the building is planned to be reconstructed. Part of the area will be occupied by a budget-level hotel. The second part is intended to house a restaurant, the main highlight of which the investors intend to make its own brewery. At this stage, a business plan for the project is being developed, and it is planned to be implemented by the beginning of 2022.
We would like to add that in the autumn of 2020, LLC "AK-Plaza" purchased the right to lease a land plot of more than 2 hectares at the entrance to Miory near Lake Medvedok for the construction of a socio-cultural complex with various services. According to the investor, it is planned to create a retail facility, a sports and health center, a cinema, as well as to fill it with public spaces for family recreation.
