A comfortable nursing home will open in Braslav on the site of an unused building

The most expensive facility sold by the committee at auctions this year was the unfinished three-story medical building of the Braslav Central District Hospital.

The medical building is very well located – it is situated between two lakes on the outskirts of Braslav. The building is located on a hill, surrounded by a pine forest on three sides. It is only 150 meters to the shore of the largest lake in the region, Lake Drysvyaty. The district hospital itself is also located near the medical building.

As a result, the medical building was sold for 530 thousand rubles to the sole bidder. This was the largest deal not only in September but also for the entire year.

The buyer is a foreign investor who already has experience in implementing similar projects.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the committee has announced 686 auctions, at which 103 unused state property objects were sold. The state budget was replenished by 1220 thousand rubles.
