The capsule was laid at the construction site of the new church in Polotsk

This is precisely why the local authorities, clergy, and medical professionals came up with the idea of building a church in honor of the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon on the grounds of City Hospital No. 1. It is no secret that the construction of a church requires significant financial investment. And this noble endeavor found support from the Russian OJSC "Gazprom".
Last Saturday, at the site where construction and installation trust No. 22 has already begun construction, a capsule with a text was laid, which, in particular, states:
