A new production line has been launched at the «Invеt» enterprise in the Verkhnedvinsk district

OJSC "Inviet" has successfully completed the implementation of an investment project to launch the Italian Rotoplastic RC45 line, as a result of which, noted the enterprise director Sergey Gromadko, it has become an absolute leader in the Republic of Belarus and a significant player in the post-Soviet space in the production of products by rotational molding.

The launch of the new equipment took place in a solemn atmosphere. Honored guests watched with interest the production of the first product – a calf hutch. The chairman of the regional executive committee Alexander Subbotin, Minister of Industry Petr Parkhomchik, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Alla Lomakina, chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk district executive committee Vasily Shilov, and others became witnesses of this significant moment. The honored guests left their wishes for the team on the walls of the product just removed from the mold. Thus, OJSC "Inviet" employees got a talisman.

The new line cost the enterprise more than 1 million euros. The investments are expected to pay off with a significant increase in labor productivity, a reduction in energy and labor costs, and an expansion of the product range. The new equipment will be used for the production of plastic containers for water and food products, containers for diesel fuel, including for energy-intensive equipment, dosing containers, chemical containers, and containers for agriculture and public utilities.

"Inviet" already produces more than 350 types of products – from consumer goods to large-sized industrial products, but it does not stop there, constantly expanding its range.

Those interested could familiarize themselves with the new products at an exhibition organized near the production workshop. Showing dozens of samples to the honored guests, Sergey Gromadko gave an excursion into history.

Like many other manufacturers, "Inviet" experienced the collapse of the USSR with great difficulty. Within its planned economy, along with 4-5 similar enterprises, it supplied the country with veterinary instruments. Perhaps it could have met the fate of those that failed to adapt to the new realities. However, "Inviet" was fortunate to have a capable leader. Thanks to his initiative, a team was assembled, and the enterprise was repurposed. 16 years ago, the team mastered the rotational molding method, which allows for the production of hollow plastic products with complex configurations and high consumer properties. These include fuel tanks, expansion tanks, large-section air ducts, diffusers, body part elements, and much more. In 2006, the first product manufactured using this method was a plastic house for raising calves.

– Since then, 170,000 of them have been produced, – emphasized Sergey Nikolaevich. – Of these, 57,000 have been sold abroad. Animal houses and other products of the enterprise can be found today in Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Italy, Finland, Latvia, Armenia, Spain, Moldova, and Hungary.

Incidentally, rows of plastic houses packed for shipment to Finland stood in the workshop. Tomorrow, the workers said, they would be shipped to the customer.

The landscape design products also have their buyers: flower stands and small architectural forms adorn not only Verkhnedvinsk and the capital of Belarus but also many cities in Russia. For the 2022 season, OJSC "Inviet" has developed a new model of a flower stand, the production of which will begin any day now.

As a result of successful foreign economic activity, the enterprise was awarded the title of laureate of the republican competition "Best Exporter of 2020" in the nomination "Oil Refining, Chemical and Petrochemical Industry (organizations with an annual export volume of up to 25 million dollars)". The team has repeatedly become a laureate of national product quality competitions and a winner of the "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" competition.

Close cooperation has been established by the team with such major enterprises as LLC "KZ "Rostselmash", JSC "Peterburgsky Tractor Plant", LLC "Likinsky Bus Plant". Within the country, long-term reliable partnerships have been formed with OJSC "Minsk Tractor Works", OJSC "Gomselmash", MAZ, etc.

Production modernization, continuous work on expanding the product range, improving the quality of manufactured products, and innovative approaches allow OJSC "Invet" to maintain economic stability, increase labor productivity, and improve working conditions. To confirm this, here are a few figures: net profit for January-October of the past year amounted to 1.4 million rubles, and sales profitability was 10.7%. Revenue from sales increased by 17.9% compared to the previous period.
