More than two dozen calls were received during the "direct line" with the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev.

The dominant theme in the appeals was the unsatisfactory condition of the road surface. In addition, applicants were interested in issues related to the optimization of educational and healthcare institutions, the condition of the housing stock, employment, etc.

This year, 114 appeals were received during the "direct telephone line" of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Among the most common are issues of housing and communal services and transport.

Results of the consideration of appeals:

in 5% of appeals, the applicants' requests were satisfied,

in 40% of appeals, information and explanatory answers were given,

19% of appeals were sent for consideration to other state bodies and organizations according to their competence,

36% of appeals are under consideration.
