The head of Novopolotsk was approved at the session of the Novopolotsk City Council of Deputies
We remind you that today the head of state gave his consent to the appointment of Igor Pavlovich as the head of the oil city, and the corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin.
The head of the main department of organizational and personnel work, Vladimir Davydovsky, recalled the achievements of Dmitry Demidov as head of the city, and then introduced Igor Burmistrov. He listed his professional and business qualities and noted a number of awards.
The head of the education department, Petr Apanovich, and the head of the regional Department of Internal Affairs, Andrey Lyubimov, spoke in support of Igor Burmistrov. They characterized Igor Burmistrov as a responsible and demanding leader, a true patriot.
The deputies unanimously supported the candidacy of Igor Burmistrov and approved him for the position of Chairman of the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee.
After his approval, Igor Burmistrov took the floor and noted the economy as the leading direction in Novopolotsk's activities, emphasized the significance of the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, which the oil city will host at the end of June 2024, the improvement of transport infrastructure, and the upcoming electoral campaign for the Presidential elections.
