A promotional tour of tourist sites is being held in the Vitebsk region
The Department of Sports and Tourism of the Regional Executive Committee together with the travel agency "Seven Roads" of Polotsk, OJSC "RaidoTour" of Vitebsk from October 4 to 7, 2013 is holding an advertising tour of tourist sites in the Vitebsk region for leading tour operators, representatives of tourist information centers, and media of the Russian Federation.
During the advertising tour, it is planned to get acquainted with the tourist sites of the cities of Vitebsk and Polotsk, as well as Miory, Braslav, Verkhnedvinsk and Rossony districts.
As part of the advertising tour, its participants will visit the I.E. Repin Estate Museum "Zdravnevo", the Marc Chagall House-Museum in Vitebsk, the St. Sophia Cathedral, the Holy Euphrosyne Monastery, the museums of Belarusian book printing and medieval chivalry in Polotsk, the Museum of Traditional Cultures in Braslav, the Museum of Partisan Life in Rossony, the Republican Landscape Reserve "Yelnya", etc.
They will get acquainted with accommodation facilities: the "Krupenino" recreation center in Beshenkovichi district, the "Mazurny Bereg" agro-ecotourism estate in Miory district, the "Slavyansky" hotel complex in Polotsk, the "Drivyaty" recreation center in Braslav, etc.
In addition, participants of the advertising tour will be offered animation programs with the participation of the "Zhivoy Vostorg" horse club and the "Polotsky Zvyaz" historical costume theater in Polotsk, "And at war, as at war..." in Rossony district, etc.
