The Voropayevo Reinforced Concrete Structures Plant has mastered the production of new reinforced concrete frame structures

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stable financing for the construction of agro-industrial complex facilities has enabled many enterprises and organizations in the country's construction industry to overcome difficult economic situations. Among them is DKUSP "Voropaevo Reinforced Concrete Plant" (a structural unit of KUPPSP "Polotskselstroy"). However, the enterprise had been trying to stay afloat before: it entered Russian markets and fulfilled one-off orders. But this method could only sustain it for a short time. And here it is – the light at the end of the tunnel! The construction of new dairy farms has simply "stirred up" the plant.

Within a week, the site for new production was prepared, the necessary equipment was purchased, and the technology for manufacturing "crutches" for dairy farms was mastered. Since mid-October, 170 units have been sent to construction workers in Postavy and Glubokoye. For comparison, a standard farm requires 28 units.

The process begins in the welding shop, where the metal frame is made. Then it is moved to a specially equipped site: it is there that the structure takes its final form. After assembly and pouring concrete into the mold, it is carefully heated with steam for 24 hours. Then it is removed from the mold and sent to the warehouse. In parallel, in the molding shop, foundations are manufactured for these products using the same principle. As a result, agricultural facilities are easily assembled from these building structures.
The launch of the new line at the Voropaevo Reinforced Concrete Plant has not only created additional jobs but also opened up good prospects for the enterprise's further development.
