At the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers, the results of the implementation of the development program for the Orsha region are being summarized
The main issue was the results of the implementation of the set of measures for the program of development of this district until 2023. Reports were delivered by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin, and the Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Igor Moroz.
In an interview with journalists, Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko noted:
– If we abstract from the figures, which we will discuss extensively during the Presidium meeting, and look at the real situation, then neither the Ministry of Industry nor the State Military Industrial Committee has any concerns about the future of Orsha enterprises, at least within a ten-year horizon. Moreover, each enterprise knows what it will be doing until 2030, has plans for modernization, technical re-equipment, and plans for the production of new products. This is the minimum that any director should have in their portfolio.
The Prime Minister emphasized once again that literally seven years ago, the situation in the district was completely different. And the positive results that exist today are the main outcome of the district's development program implementation.
– I am confident that the industrial future of the Orsha district is already built on a solid and strong foundation, – Roman Golovchenko summed up.
