Those who achieved the highest accomplishments in peaceful labor and military service were invited to the Palace of Independence. Among them are representatives of the Vitebsk region. Thus, Alexander Lukashenko presented the Order of "For Service to the Motherland" III degree to Ivan Kubrakov, Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and congratulated Alexander Okorokov, Professor of the Department of Therapy No. 2 of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of the Educational Institution "Vitebsk State Order of Friendship of Peoples Medical University," on being awarded the Honorary Title "Honored Doctor of the Republic of Belarus."
