The next special rank of Police Major General has been awarded to the Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Ivan Kubrakov. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on June 29, as reported by the press service of the head of state.
Recall that Ivan Kubrakov took office as the head of the regional Internal Affairs Directorate with the rank of Police Colonel and has held this position for just over a year.
