Vitebsk region won the largest number of victories in republican subject Olympiads

The Republican subject Olympiads have concluded. School students from the Vitebsk region won 91 diplomas, which is one of the best results of the competitions. As noted by I. Shchurok, Head of the Education Department of the Regional Executive Committee, Vitebsk region is the only region that has increased the number of victories this year, adding ten diplomas. As a result, the team took second place among the regions, with only representatives from Gomel region ahead. Good knowledge of subjects such as chemistry, biology, computer science, geography, and social studies was demonstrated by students not only from urban but also from rural educational institutions.
