The tax authorities inform about the start of the campaign for individuals to declare income received in 2022
The MNS Inspectorate for the Vitebsk Region reports the start of the declaration campaign for income received by individuals in 2022, which will last until the end of March of the current year.
Citizens who in 2022:
- carried out the gratuitous alienation of:
within the last 5 years, more than one residential building or garden house, parking space, land plot, garage, more than one apartment or dacha, sold other real estate regardless of its quantity (e.g., office, warehouse, retail premises, etc.),
within a calendar year, a truck, a bus, two or more passenger cars;
- received income in the form of gifts from non-close relatives in an amount exceeding 8078 rubles;
- received income from sources outside the Republic of Belarus (e.g., from employment, as a gift from foreign citizens and organizations), but were on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for more than one hundred and eighty-three days in 2022;
- other income subject to personal income tax.
The tax declaration (calculation) can be submitted in person by visiting any tax authority, by mail, transferred using software and technical means through the Personal Account of the Taxpayer, as well as through their legal or authorized representative.
