Commenting on the situation faced by the Vitebsk resident, Natalya Kochanova noted: "We proceed from life. And the issues that citizens bring to us, we then translate into regulatory legal acts. It is necessary to provide some benefits so that a mother or father with many children, raising a child with a disability, can go for recovery with the child once a year. This is vital for them."
The Speaker also added that in the Vitebsk region, it is necessary to consider the possibility of creating a rehabilitation center based on the example of the "ROSTOK" Center for Social Rehabilitation and Habilitation of Children with Disabilities and Disabled Persons in Ostroshitsky Gorodok.
