Natalia Kochanova: "Working with people will always be relevant"
Members of the Council of the Republic hold a unified day for receiving citizens in various regions of the country on a monthly basis. This form of work allows for identifying issues that are relevant to the population, and developing practical recommendations for improving their resolution, including by adjusting legislation if necessary.
At the meeting, Natalya Kochanova noted that the number of appeals from the Vitebsk region to the Council of the Republic remains low. However, this does not indicate that there are no problems in the region that require attention. The President has repeatedly emphasized the importance of working with the population, which remains a priority task. Working with people will always be relevant. Natalya Kochanova called for a more attentive approach to citizens' appeals, emphasizing qualities such as patience and professionalism in this work.
