Natalia Kochanova: a team ready to fulfill the President's instructions must be formed in the Orsha district
"Now, a team must be formed here, ready to implement the instructions of the Head of State on the comprehensive development of the Orsha District, which should become an example of development for medium-sized cities in our country," Natalya Kochanova said. She noted that all tasks are clear and understandable, they have been communicated in all areas: the social sphere, industry, and agriculture. At the same time, the Head of the Presidential Administration particularly emphasized that all tasks set by the Head of State must be fully implemented by the head of any district or city.
Addressing the deputies, Natalya Kochanova stressed that the previous head was dismissed from his position for failing to implement the Head of State's instructions on the development of the Orsha District within the established deadlines. "The candidacy of Isachenko Igor Vladimirovich is submitted for your consideration. The President has agreed to appoint him as the Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee. With his professionalism and steadfastness in decision-making, he will be able to worthily solve all the tasks facing the entire team of the Orsha District Executive Committee," the Head of the Presidential Administration is convinced. Natalya Kochanova also drew the attention of the district's active members to the fact that the decision to make Orsha an example of development for small cities is dictated by the fact that problems have accumulated in such cities, primarily related to the work of enterprises."
Driving through Orsha, you can see that order was once established, landscaping was done, and significant resources were attracted. But this had to be maintained in the appropriate condition to preserve it in the following years," she stated.
In this regard, in her opinion, first of all, it is necessary to establish elementary order at the enterprises, and in the shortest possible time – a few days are given for this. "As for the development strategy,
decisions that need to be made at a particular enterprise, and you have heard what tasks have been set, it is necessary to use all production capacities, to establish the production of competitive products that will be in demand in foreign markets," - believes the Head of the Presidential Administration.Natalia Kochanova also focused the attention of local authorities on working with the population. "You must gain the authority of the residents of Orsha. This is very important. Yesterday I already cited figures: a huge number of appeals are sent from here to higher authorities. And 50% of the appeals are related to complaints about the work of local authorities. I simply demand from all of you to put this work in order," - said the Head of the Presidential Administration. - "Then people will understand that representatives of power think about their workers, and you will not be ashamed."
According to Natalia Kochanova, the employees of the executive committee, the deputy corps, and the heads of enterprises of the Orsha district need to draw conclusions and approach the task entrusted to them responsibly. A serious assessment will be given, so it is important to work as a cohesive team. "Do everything possible to make this district and city truly an example for other regions in terms of socio-economic development, improvement, and comfortable living for people," - added the Head of the Presidential Administration.
