This opinion was expressed today in Vitebsk by the Head of the Presidential Administration, Natalya Kochanova, at the presentation of the new Presidential Aide - Inspector for the Vitebsk Region to the region's active members.

"Yesterday, at the appointment, the President set serious tasks for Vitaly Mikhailovich. First of all, those that face all of us - for the development of the Orsha district. And the foundation here is industry. This is an absolutely wise decision: he is an industrialist, and the Vitebsk region is industrial. And there are problems in this sphere in the region. Vitaly Mikhailovich's knowledge and experience will allow us to bring this sector to a decent level," the Head of the Presidential Administration is convinced.

In a conversation with journalists, Natalya Kochanova noted the key points that Vitaly Vovk will focus on in his new position. This is primarily control over personnel work and the socio-political situation in the region.

"But the most important thing is, of course, control over the implementation of the head of state's instructions, because all instructions given by the President are aimed at improving the well-being of our citizens, so that people live more comfortably, have decent work and wages," Natalya Kochanova emphasized. Vitaly Vovk shared his vision of working in the region.

"The President has set clear tasks. First of all, this is, naturally, Orsha. I also see an important task in raising the industrial potential of the region and solving the issue of utilizing vacant premises. The region has potential. Many issues are resolved collectively. I am sure that through joint efforts, we will be able to raise the standard of living of our people. The main thing is to work together and harmoniously," said the Presidential Aide.

The Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, promised to provide comprehensive support to Vitaly Vovk. He emphasized that problems in the region's industry have been accumulating for decades. At the same time, this year, in terms of its share in the total volume

the region ranks third in industrial production after Minsk and the Gomel region. "Based on the available opportunities and reserves, we can increase production manifold. And Vitaly Mikhailovich is, first and foremost, a great help to me today. Thanks to him, we will find solutions to many issues," the governor noted.
