A new chairman of the Braslav District Executive Committee has been appointed

On January 30, the deputies of the Braslav District Council of Deputies approved the appointment of Vladimir Dranevsky as the chairman of the local district executive committee. The chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Shersnyov, his deputy Oleg Matskevich, and the head of the main department of organizational and personnel work of the regional executive committee, Vladimir Severin, came to introduce the new head to the people's representatives and the district's active members. Vladimir Severin told those present the main stages of Vladimir Dranevsky's biography, characterizing him as a capable organizer, a demanding leader, a hardworking and responsible person. Under his leadership, the team of the unitary enterprise of housing and communal services of the Chashnitsky district achieved high performance indicators. Therefore, the regional executive committee hopes that Vladimir Alexandrovich will be able to use his knowledge and experience for the socio-economic development of the region in the position of chairman of the Braslav District Executive Committee.

Vladimir Dranevsky assured that he would build his work in such a way that the district would increase milk and meat production volumes in agriculture, successfully prepare for spring sowing, ensure further industrial development, reduce the stock of product inventories, introduce new technologies, and guarantee support for individual entrepreneurs, farmers, and landowners in the private sector. The focus will remain on the person, their well-being, and a peaceful and high-quality life.

With warm applause, those present congratulated the new chairman of the district executive committee on his appointment. The chairman of the regional executive committee, Nikolai Shersnyov, and the chairman of the district Council of Deputies, Nina Puchinskaya, expressed their good wishes to him.

The former head of the district, Sergey Shmatov, received a letter of appreciation from the regional executive committee and an honorary diploma from the district council of deputies for his contribution to the socio-economic development of the district.
