The best enterprise managers of the Vitebsk region for 2015 have been named
The best managers of the Vitebsk region for 2015 were recognized as directors of 16 enterprises and organizations of the region, as reported to a BELTA correspondent by the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Employers' Union (VOSN), Vladimir Turavinov. The competition was held by the employers' association for the tenth time, and for the first time, such a large number of representatives of the director corps became its prize-winners. Among the winners are Elena Cherepnina (OJSC "Vitebskiye Kovry"), Vitaly Oselets (KUP "Orshavodokanal"), Andrey Yunitsyn (Polotsk Zonal Communication Node of the Vitebsk Branch of "Beltelecom"), Vasily Drobotov (OJSC "Polotsktransneft Druzhba", Novopolotsk), Ivan Poplavsky (Children's Sanatorium "Rosinka" - a branch of UP "Belagrozdravnitsa", Miory), Pavel Belizhenko (ChUP "Metrasales", Chashniksky District), Mikhail Pinchuk (OJSC "Rudakovo"), Vasily Radchenko (Branch "Braslavskoye DRSU No. 142" of KUP "Vitebskoblstroy"), Sergey Skovorodko (OJSC "Verkhnedvinsk Lёn Zavod"), Alexey Baykov (Branch "Dokshitsy Bakery" of OJSC "Vitebskhleboprom"), Anatoly Bosenkov (OJSC "Dubrovensky Lёn Zavod"), Sergey Zemchenok (OJSC "Postavy Mebel") and others.
As Vladimir Turavinov explained, such a large representation is due to the fact that structural divisions of VOSN have been created in each district on the basis of the largest local enterprises. District employers' councils are designed to increase the activity and effectiveness of the business community's participation in regulating socio-economic processes, and involving them in the competition will contribute to the growth of the employers' association's authority as a whole and stimulate
improvement of the business qualifications and professionalism of the director corps. Heads of industrial enterprises are allowed to participate in the competition, regardless of ownership, and the right to nominate candidates is granted to the structural divisions of VOSN. When summing up the results, about 20 indicators of enterprise performance are taken into account, with particular attention paid this time to labor and financial discipline. The Vitebsk Regional Council of Employers (VOSN) was established in 1999 and is the largest non-profit association of employers in the region. Its members include more than 400 enterprises and organizations.
