November 17, Vitebsk /Sergey Kochetov - BELTA/. An illegal batch of pyrotechnic products worth Br7 million was seized from a Polotsk entrepreneur, BELTA was informed by the Ministry of Taxes and Duties inspectorate for Polotsk. The illegal goods were discovered during an operational thematic inspection of a retail outlet belonging to an individual entrepreneur. Fireworks, salutes, and firecrackers, numbering 1.7 thousand units, were sold without documents confirming their purchase from a supplier or release for sale. The goods have been seized. An administrative process has been initiated in this regard under Part 4 of Article 12.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Belarus, which provides for a fine ranging from 30 to 50 base amounts with the confiscation of illegally sold goods.-0-
