I sincerely congratulate you on the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vitebsk Order of the Badge of Honour State Academy of Veterinary Medicine!

This is not just a respected date, but also a significant period of time that has encompassed many events and historical facts to which the university has been directly related.

Today, VSAVM is a recognized leader in the agrarian education and science of the republic, a leading innovation center. Over the years of its existence, more than 35 thousand qualified specialists have graduated from the educational institution, including prominent statesmen, scientists, laureates of prestigious awards and prizes, and heads of agricultural organizations. It is noteworthy that almost all practicing veterinary doctors in the country are graduates of the academy.

Your constant striving for growth and the acquisition of new knowledge to meet high standards deserves special recognition.

requirements of the modern educational process — your specialized fundamental and applied research is duly appreciated by the domestic and world scientific community.

Thanks to the efforts of the faculty, staff, and graduates, today the agro-industrial complex of the Vitebsk region is realizing its potential: enterprises are being modernized, new livestock facilities are appearing, and advanced production technologies are being implemented.

Despite industrial and scientific achievements, the work of veterinary and zootechnical services remains physically demanding. Therefore, the workers of one of the most complex agricultural sectors, ensuring the food security of the country and creating the basis for the successful development of the state's economy, deserve even greater attention and respect. In recent years, much has been done in the region to enhance the prestige of these professions.

Dear friends! May the well-deserved authority of the university continue to be multiplied by the achievements of the staff and graduates of the academy, and by progressive and innovative approaches.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish you health, well-being, happiness, success, and new discoveries and achievements!

Sincerely,
