"When resolving issues of modernization and development of Orsha enterprises, we want to hear the opinion of the city's residents, which is very important for us in this case," noted Nikolai Sherstnev.
The head of the Vitebsk region also noted the responsibility of every working person, who must understand that only together can we establish order on the street, in the home where we live, and at the workplace. "Who, if not us?" - stated Nikolai Sherstnev.
