Nikolai Sherstnev met with youth leaders of the Vitebsk region

Expand the practice of student construction teams in various areas beyond just the summer period. For example, the youth movement can contribute to the construction of agricultural facilities, which take a year to a year and a half to build. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Vitebsk region, Nikolai Sherstnev, during a meeting with youth leaders of the region.

As part of the celebration of the 19th anniversary of the BRSM, the regional committee of the regional organization initiated a meeting between the leaders of the youth movement and the chairman of the regional executive committee. The dialogue in this format was held for the first time.

— Youth is the most important cultural, intellectual, and professional reserve of Belarusian society, on the quality of life and development of which the future of our country depends, — emphasized Nikolai Nikolaevich. — You are proactive, so we, in turn, trust the current generation and support youth initiatives.

During the meeting, the idea that the BRSM is a good school of life that provides excellent opportunities for the comprehensive development of personality was a common thread. And one of its features is the continuity of generations.

— It is very important for us that the regional leadership hears the youth, responds to our initiatives and ideas, motivates and supports us, — said the first secretary of the BRSM regional committee Vladimir Babichev.
