A new recreation center will soon appear in the Senno district
The construction of the recreation center of OOO "CenterInvest" on Lake Devinskoye in the Bogushevskoye rural settlement is nearing completion.
Last year, we already wrote about this facility, which promises certain dividends to the district. According to operational data, 4.7 billion rubles will be invested in the implementation of the investment project. As of the end of March, the readiness for commissioning was about 80%. Currently, 13 people are working here. The blind area of all buildings is being constructed, interior work is being carried out, all windows and entrance doors have been purchased and installed, electricity supply and heating have been provided, and landscaping of the territory and the coastal strip has begun. Work is underway in the guest cottages and infrastructure facilities, and the possibility of purchasing and installing equipment and furniture is being explored. According to the plan, the first phase is to be commissioned in July. A pier with two descents and stairs will also be equipped.
– There is a boiler room, a bathhouse, and a 50-meter artesian well will provide guests with the purest water, – says foreman Andrey Novikov. In addition, the commissioning of the facility will result in the creation of ten new jobs.
