The new working week at the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" festival begins with Ukraine's Culture Day
July 11, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA/. The new working week at the XX International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" begins with the Day of Culture of Ukraine, reports a BELTA correspondent.
For the anniversary festival, the fraternal republic will present "Ukrainian Souvenir" - this is the name of the gala concert of Ukrainian artists, which will take place on the main festival stage - in the Summer Amphitheater. The concert will showcase the diversity of national pop music through representatives of different generations. The emphasis is on the continuity of traditions - from children's creativity to the performance skills of those who today embody an entire musical era. Young Ukrainian pop music will be presented by winners of many creative contests and TV projects Alexey Matias, Evgeny Anishko, Nadezhda Maystrenko, Anna Azarova.
The middle generation of Ukrainian pop music will be represented by famous and beloved performers Natalia Buchinskaya, and the duo "Svityaz". This is not their first time performing on the Vitebsk stage. The audience of "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" has come to love the songs performed by Natalia Buchinskaya "Divchina-vesna", "My Ukraine". But few people know that Divchina-vesna Natalia Buchinskaya is not just a People's Artist of Ukraine, but a major of the internal troops, a soloist and assistant to the head of the ensemble of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Honored Artists of Ukraine, composers Dmitry Gershenzon and Anatoly Govoradlo, write songs for many Ukrainian performers, but on stage, they are better known as the duo "Svityaz". The artists became famous in the rare genre of musical parody. Their repertoire includes parodies of Igor Krutoy, Taisiya Povaliy, Philipp Kirkorov, Nikolay Baskov, and many other famous performers.
The colorful song kaleidoscope of "Ukrainian Souvenir" will be completed by People's Artists of Ukraine Ivo Bobul and Nikolay Gnatyuk, whose voices and songs have long been recognizable and loved both in Ukraine and Belarus. Many songs from Ivo Bobul's repertoire have become hits. Among young people, Ivo Bobul became very popular after the famous group "Tanok na Maidani Kongo" created a sarcastic song "Ivo Bobul", in which the singer was presented as a superhero.
People's Artist of Ukraine, honorary resident of the Belarusian city of Mogilev, Nikolai Gnatiuk, needs no special introduction. His songs "Malinovy Zvon", "Belye Stavni", "Ptitsa Schastya", "Tanets na Barabane", "Oy, Smereka!" are always sung along with him by the Vitebsk audience. And this time, the singer will not disappoint her expectations, performing the best of his repertoire.
It is expected that the official delegation of Ukraine at the festival will be headed by the Minister of Culture Mykhailo Kulyniak.-0-
