New in the legislation on horticultural associations

Since January 1, 2015, a ban has been imposed on the alienation (sale, exchange, gift) of land plots located in horticultural associations in the suburban zone of Minsk and regional centers, as well as on capital structures located on land plots provided for collective gardening, until 5 years have passed from the date of state registration of the emergence of rights to such land plots, with the exception of the alienation of land plots and/or capital structures (buildings, structures) located on them, unfinished and conserved capital structures to local executive committees.

A ban has also been imposed on the transfer of land plots provided for private ownership for collective gardening for rent, and on the transfer of rights and obligations under lease agreements for land plots provided for this purpose for rent.
