Novopolotsk will represent Belarus in the final of the international competition "Excellent Students Factory-2015"

The final part of the competition, consisting of three stages (regional, interregional, and international), is held within the framework of the children's and youth gathering "Empire of Friendship" in the Pskov region from November 1 to 7.
